Old Liberty merges with Tele-Communications, Inc.

AUGUST 10, 1995

Tele-Communications, Inc. issues Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group tracking stock to stockholders. The tracking stock trades on NASDAQ under the same symbols LBTYA and LBTYB.

NOVEMBER 19, 1998

Tele-Communications International, Inc. (NASDAQ: TINTA/B) merges with Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group.

MARCH 9, 1999

TCI Ventures, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCIVA/B) merges with Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group.

Tele-Communications, Inc. and AT&T merge. As a result, Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group becomes a tracking stock of AT&T. Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group tracking stock begins trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols LMG.A and LMG.B.

AUGUST 10, 2001

Old Liberty splits from AT&T and begins trading as a separate company on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols LMC.A and LMC.B.

JANUARY 1, 2002

Old Liberty Series A common stock begins trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol L. Old Liberty Series B common stock continues to trade under the symbol LMC.B.

JULY 1, 2003

Old Liberty and Ascent 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMGIA) (formerly known as Liberty Livewire 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐) merge.

NOVEMBER 12, 2003

Old Liberty and Liberty Satellite & Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LSTTA/B) merge.

JUNE 7, 2004

Old Liberty completes the spin-off of its international businesses into a separately traded company, Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 International, Inc. (NASDAQ: LBTYA/B). The stock of Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 International, Inc. is distributed to existing Old Liberty stockholders as a dividend.

JULY 21, 2005

Old Liberty completes the spin-off of its ownership in Ascent 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group, Inc. and Discovery Communications, Inc. into a separately traded company, Discovery Holding Company (NASDAQ: DISCA/B). The stock of Discovery Holding Company is distributed to existing Old Liberty stockholders as a dividend.

MAY 9, 2006

Old Liberty completes its restructuring and issues two new tracking stocks, Liberty Capital Group and Liberty Interactive Group (NASDAQ: LCAPA/B and LINTA/B, respectively).

MARCH 4, 2008

Old Liberty completes its reclassification of the Liberty Capital Group tracking stock and issues a new tracking stock for the Liberty Entertainment Group (NASDAQ: LMDIA/B).

NOVEMBER 20, 2009

Old Liberty completes the split-off of Liberty Entertainment, Inc. and business combination with DIRECTV (NASDAQ: DTV). The remaining businesses, assets and liabilities not held by Liberty Entertainment, Inc. remain with Old Liberty and are redesignated as the Liberty Starz Group (NASDAQ: LSTZA/B).

SEPTEMBER 23, 2011

Old Liberty completes the split-off of New Liberty, which held the businesses, assets and liabilities formerly attributed to Old Liberty’s Liberty Capital Group and Liberty Starz Group.

NOVEMBER 28, 2011

New Liberty completes the elimination of its tracking stock structure by converting each share of its Liberty Starz common stock into 0.88129 of a share of the corresponding series of Liberty Capital common stock.

NOVEMBER 29, 2011

New Liberty’s Series A and Series B Liberty Capital common stock begin trading under the new NASDAQ symbols LMCA and LMCB, respectively.

APRIL 15, 2016

Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 completes its restructuring into three new tracking stocks, Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group, Liberty Braves Group and Liberty SiriusXM Group (NASDAQ: LMCA/B/K, BATR/B/K and LSXMA/B/K, respectively).

Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 acquired Formula 1, the iconic global motorsports business, for a total enterprise value of $8.0 billion (attributed to the Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group tracking stock).

Following the acquisition, the Liberty 香港香港濠江麻雀娱乐麻雀娱乐 Group tracking stock was renamed the Formula One Group and the tickers were changed from LMCA/LMCB/LMCK to FWONA/FWONB/FWONK.
